The Challenge

Our client needed a single, credible hub to promote "A Night with the Son" at Indiana University—clearly communicating the event's time and place at Assembly Hall, unifying multiple campus ministries, and simplifying attendee sign-ups and donor support ahead of the gathering. The site also had to share the mission and founder story so newcomers could quickly understand the vision and get connected.

Key Problems to Solve:

  • Fragmented Communication: Multiple ministries with no central event hub
  • Logistics Confusion: Students unclear on location, parking, accessibility
  • Limited Donor Visibility: No clear, trusted pathway for tax-deductible giving
  • Mission Clarity: Newcomers didn't understand the event's vision or purpose
  • Ministry Connections: No way to connect attendees with campus ministries

Our Solution

We designed and launched a conversion-focused Next.js website built with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS that elevates the event with clear hero messaging ("One night. One campus. One Savior.") and simple pathways to contact the founder, get event information, and join the list. The site centralizes all logistics—date and schedule, Assembly Hall address, parking details, accessibility seating, translation headsets, and shuttle info—so students can plan with confidence.

Dedicated sections introduce the mission, beliefs, and founder to build trust and momentum, while a partner ministries showcase helps visitors "find their place." The platform integrates Stripe for tax-deductible giving through a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor with transparent reporting, and Firebase for form submissions with automated email notifications to organizers. Deployed on Vercel for instant global delivery with optimized Next.js performance.
