Blake graduated from Indiana University with a Finance degree and is completing his Master's in Data Science. At IU, he was part of the Commercial Real Estate Workshop where he competed in case competitions applying data science to real world scenarios. He specializes in building multi-agent AI systems and swarm architectures that allow autonomous agents to coordinate, communicate, and solve complex business problems together. Outside of school, Blake enjoys snowboarding, rock climbing, cycling, and cliff diving.

Phil is a technology consultant specializing in helping organizations modernize their operations through custom software and AI. Before co-founding BPN, he worked as a Public Sector Technology Consultant at Plante Moran, where he led digital transformation initiatives for government clients. Phil also leads BPN's telematics and fleet tracking practice, building GPS-based asset management systems for construction and trades companies. Outside of work, Phil enjoys golfing, saltwater fly fishing, and skiing.

Nick graduated summa cum laude in Informatics from Indiana University, with minors in Business and Data Science, and is completing his Master's in Data Science. He earned the Luddy Undergraduate Instructor of the Year award and founded Run the Ball, the largest fraternity philanthropy event in IU history. Before BPN, Nick worked as a data analyst at MJ Insurance and as an AI implementation consultant at a boutique consulting firm in Bloomington. Nick brings a talent for making technical solutions accessible to non-technical teams. He's a lifelong hooper and a huge fan of the Indiana Pacers.
