BPN Education Day

Your team knows AI matters. We help them put it to work.

One on-site day. By the time we leave, your team is running live automations built around their actual workflows and has the skills to keep building.

You read about this stuff in the news, but never would I have imagined being able to build these tools myself.

Duration

One working day

Cohort

Your team, on-site

Format

Hands-on, not lecture

What you walk out with

Built, running, and yours.

01

Live automations running.

Not pilots. Actual workflows operating in your team's day-to-day by the time we leave.

02

A connected context layer.

Your data, your tools, and your team's voice in one place — accessible to every workflow we stand up.

03

In-house build skills.

Your team extends the system without us in the room. The day is the start, not a dependency.

04

A map of what's next.

The three highest-leverage workflows your team can attack on their own in the weeks after we wrap.

The day

Morning sets it up. Afternoon builds it.

Morning

Foundation, possibilities, setup.

Ground the team on what's actually changing in AI. Walk through what other operators are building. Stand up the tools, load your context, and connect the data sources that matter.

Afternoon

Build.

Hands on keyboards. Each person stands up their first live automation with us next to them. Wraps with demos and a roadmap of the next handful your team can attack on their own.

Who runs it

Two of us, in the room with you.

  • Executive teams and leadership cohorts
  • Anyone curious about AI but unsure how to actually start using it
